2. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Orders placed between Monday to Friday take up to 2 working days for confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders require verification via up to three confirmation calls. If left unattended, the order will be canceled.
  • Orders paid through an online payment system undergo a fraud check. If flagged as “failed,” the order is automatically canceled.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
✅ Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only) – Payment is collected at the shipping address upon delivery.
✅ Bank Transfer – Available for advance payments (details provided at checkout).
✅ Credit/Debit Cards – Secure online payments via trusted payment gateways.
❌ No advance payment is required by courier services. If any rider or service requests pre-payment, please report it immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Pakistan Deliveries: 7-14 working days via Leopards, TCS.
  • International Orders: 5-7 working days via SkyNet, DHL, or FedEx (full payment required in advance).
  • Urgent Orders (Pakistan only): Delivered within 1-2 working days after advance payment.
  • Couture Orders: Delivered in 1-2 weeks upon full payment.

5. Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers can cancel or modify orders before they enter processing. Saad Ibrahim Studio reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
🚫 Out of stock items
🚫 Pricing or technical errors
🚫 Declined payment authorization
🚫 High return ratio or non-serviceable areas
🚫 Suspicious order history

6. Shipping and Custom Duties

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, size, and weight. Additional custom duties or import taxes must be paid by the customer. Volumetric weight charges may apply.
  • Pakistan Orders: Flat shipping fee of PKR 400.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery for International Orders.
  • No free international shipping is available.
